Notes: The four part books of the Secundus Chorus replace "PRIMUS CHORUS" on the title page with "SECUNDUS CHORUS." In the altus and bassus part books of Primus Chorus, the third line of the title page reads "I SALMI APERTINENTI ALI." Fol. A2 = p. 1.
On p. 1 of each part book: table of contents, divided into "Salmi a versi con le sue risposte a le medesimi Numeri" (in which the psalm is divided between the two choirs, each choir taking one complete verse), "salmi a versi senza risposta" (in which the odd-numbered verses of the psalm are set for one or the other of the two choirs), and "Salmi spezzadi" (in which the psalm is divided between the two choirs, but one choir is given notated rests while the other sings, and on occasion they perform together), plus a list of the "salmi senza risposta" to be found in the part books of the other chorus.
f.20v: "Finis."
The entire collection is published in a modern edition in CMM 3; numbering in the item records follows that in the modern edition. Contents = 15576. For further information, see Eitner1550a, and LewisG 1988.
