Colophon on fol. 20v of each part book: “[printer’s mark] / Anno à Deipare Partu. / M. D. XXXXIII. / Io. Antonius Castellioneus Mediolano Excudebat / in Curia ducis impensis Bernardi Calusci . Die. xii. Mensis Novembris.” (S, A and T read “ Novembris”, and B and quinta pars read “Decembris”). The quinta pars has on fol. 20v the printing privilege in addition to the colophon.
