In the contratenor part book, the couplet reads “Altior incedens, primae sum proxima Voci, / Discurrens inter mediamque interque supremam.” In the tenor part book, the couplet reads “Vox media, é tremulo proficiscor gutture, totus / Me circumudit vario modulamine cantus.” In the bassus part book, the couplet reads, “Ima ego vox, imo producta é pectore, firma / Ceu basis reliquas sustento ac tempero voces.”
On fol. 2 of each part book: Table of contents. On fol. 48v of the superius, contratenor, and bassus part books: colophon reading “ANTVERPIAE, Apud Guilielmum / Vissenacum. Anno humanae / salutis, D. M. XLII.”
