Das Konvolut umfasst zwei komplette Stimmensätze; davon der vorliegende aus dem Besitz von S. Levy (von Copyist Palestrina II), der zweite wurde von Copyist Anon. 330 angefertigt.
Die fl-Stimme enthält im 2. Satz die b-Stimme (am Anfang mit Bezifferung).
