Schreyer: "Diese Melodie, ohnerachtet sie an verschiedenen Stellen eine unmusikalische, | stümperhafte Modulation, und eine fast durchgängig harte Harmonie | hat, hat doch das Glück gehabt, auf D. Tittmanns Empfehlung zuerst in der | Dresdner Kreuzkirche, und seitdem nach und nach fast in ganz Sachsen einge- | führet zu werden. Mehrere Melodien findet man Anhangsweise von Nr. | 164. bis 174. gesamlet."
