Two loose sheets are laid into the manuscript: one (16,5 x 21 cm) bears the names "J. C. Keech", "William Green" and "Toller" on the recto, and a song, "Among the swains" on the verso; the other (19,5 x 19 cm) bears a catch, "Hark, the bonny ChristChurch bells" notated on one side
